The Korean Youth Development Center encourages the healthy dialogue between generations of what it means to be Korean American. Furthermore, KYDC strives to provide a supportive environment for youth to grow and develop so they may become responsible and productive citizens of society.

"I really like KAWAWA because we get to do a lot of interesting things like making clay sculptures, taking a field trip to Asian Art Museum to see 'Pojagi exhibit' and later making a quilt ... Also, I get to make many new friends."
